Dubai keeps on impressing and stepping up its game, from building the biggest, fastest and tallest to hosting the most iconic brand names to ever exist. The latest move by the innovative emirate is to host a new luxury development project with no less than Bulgari, the global luxury brand whose name speaks for itself.

The Italian brand decided to team up with Dubai based developer Meraas Holding in order to bring the project to life, with the initial figures showing that the project will occupy 58,000 square metres of land on Jumeirah Bay Island.
The Bulgari Hotel in Dubai will be the world’s fifth Bulgari Hotels and Resorts property after openings in Milan, Bali, London and Shanghai, and is scheduled to open in 2017. – Arabian Business
The hotel is set to accommodate a 101-room hotel, 20 hotel villas, 15 mansions, 165 apartments and 8 penthouses spread across 6 towers, as well as a 50-berth marina and Bulgari-branded yacht club according to Arabian Business.
