Let’s start by clearly stating that treehouses sure as hell aren’t only for children anymore – as the Russians refurbished this childish thing into an extraordinary concept that´ll make you want to leave whatever you’re living in right now, to spend the rest of your glamorous life in a glass treehouse.
A.Masow, the Russian design studio, innovated a house, wrapped around a 40-foot fir tree, in the, get this, Kazakhstan mountains, that quite literally makes a 12-year-olds tree-house look like a shoebox. This tree palace was actually inspired by the architecture of Apple stores, you know, the usual round glass elegant looking rooms, and can be found outside the city of Almaty, in Kazakhstan.
Unlike your ordinary treehouse in your backyard, this “thing” is a three story building with a full on kitchen, living room and a spiral staircase that leads up to (omg) your own personal toilet. It is truly one of the most extraordinary creations I have ever seen.
